Exchange Bongo or Cadeaubox vouchers

» To be able to book a specific balloon flight (region and date) at Filva Ballooning, you must first convert your Bongo or Cadeaubox voucher into an Exchange-Ticket. A fee of 15€ per person is charged for administrative exchange costs. You can find a summary of our terms and conditions at the bottom. All you need is your Bongo or Cadeaubox number, as well as your activation code, the name of the experience, and the expiration date of your voucher.

» Bongo/Cadeaubox gift vouchers can be for 1 or 2 people: Enter the number of people as stated on your Bongo/Cadeaubox gift voucher in the number field next to “Exchange-Ticket”

» Once your voucher has been converted, your Exchange-Ticket is valid for 1 year. So that’s a nice bonus.

» With the Exchange-Ticket you can now easily book a date via our Flight Planner.

» If it turns out that your Bongo or Cadeaubox voucher has already expired, or if your activation code appears to be incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel your balloon flight Exchange-Ticket. We will of course contact you to discuss further options.

» We ask to provide a chasing car to pick you up after the flight. Transport after the flight back to the take off site is possible if you book a Ticket Return Transportation at the latest the day before the flight

Do you want to buy an extra Ballooning Ticket? Of course you can! You can do this simply by adding a Ticket to your shopping cart and paying.

After converting the Bongo or Cadeaubox voucher, you will also always have the opportunity to purchase an additional Ballooning Ticket via the website.

• Balloon flights are weather dependent and especially wind dependent. Filva Ballooning only wants to offer high-quality and safe balloon flights. In the morning, our pilots thoroughly check the weather and flight conditions of the day using professional weather models. The final departure location in a certain flight region is therefore only determined on the day of the flight itself, depending on the wind direction
• Shortly after noon you will receive an SMS whether the flight will go ahead and you will get the final take-off location
• Make sure the correct passenger details, weights and cell phone numbers are passed on before flying
• Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, NO heels, NO (short) dresses nor scarves for your comfort and safety.
• For morning flights, it is best to wear waterproof shoes or boots because the fields will still be wet from morning dew
• We recommend a cap or hat for protection from the heat of the burner, especially in the summer
• You can bring photo and film cameras as well as mobile phones during the balloon flight but they are not insured in case of damage or loss
• Let us know promptly if you are pregnant, or recovering from a fracture or surgery (see tab ‘who can fly’)
• Sometimes we cancel the flight due to wind or weather conditions. You can then immediately schedule a new balloon flight via our flight planner on the website or the Up Quickrelease page

• Anyone can fly along from 6 years old to 99 years old (the height of the basket is 1m20 and children should best be able to see over that)
• Children should always be accompanied by an adult family member or an acquaintance
• If you are pregnant you cannot fly with us. We think the safety of your child and yourself is too important. Enjoy your balloon ride later, we are happy to extend the validity of your gift voucher or ticket for free.
• Regarding other possible physical limitations: keep in mind that you have to stand in the basket for at least 1 hour (you can lean on the edge of the basket) and that the landing can possibly give a shock

• Always tell the pilot before the flight if you would have any discomforts
