» Je ballonvaart Omruil-Ticket bij Filva Ballonvaarten blijft vervolgens 1 jaar geldig
» Wij vragen bij de omruiling de naam van je Bongo/Cadeaubox belevenis in te geven, alsook de cadeaubon-nummer, de activeringscode en de vervaldag. Doe je dit niet, dan annuleren wij de omruiling zonder terugbetaling van enige vergoeding.
» Wij behouden echter steeds het recht om het omruil-ticket en de ballonvlucht te annuleren indien de Bongo/Cadeaubox bon reeds is gebruikt, is vervallen of de Bogo/Cadeaubox bon nummer of activatiecode incorrect blijkt te zijn. In dit geval heeft de klant geen recht op enerlei vergoeding of op terugbetaling van de omruil- administratieve kosten.
» Wij behouden ook steeds het recht om het omruil-ticket en de ballonvlucht te annuleren indien de Bongo/Cadeaubox bon op de lijst van de niet-aanvaarde bonnen staat (zie onder) of door Ballooning niet kan worden verzilverd bij Bongo/Cadeaubox. Bepaalde Bongo/Cadeaubox bonnen (zie onder) zijn enkel geldig voor opstijgregio’s in Vlaanderen. Wilt je met een Bongo/Cadeaubox bon enkel geldig voor Vlaanderen een ballonvaart boeken voor een vliegregio in de Ardennen, dan dient er naast het omruil-ticket tevens een supplement-Ardennen van 10€ per persoon worden gekocht.
» Eens een Bongo/Cadeaubox bon is omgeruild naar een omruil-ticket bij ons, kan de omzetting niet meer ongedaan gemaakt worden en gelden de Algemene Voorwaarden van Ballooning BV.
» Regel een volgwagen om je op te pikken na de vlucht of koop Tickets vervoer terug naar de opstijgplaats (één ticket per persoon). Er is nooit vervoer terug inbegrepen in een Bongo/Cadeaubox bon.
» Lees alle voorwaarden hier. Ga je hiermee niet akkoord, dan vragen we je vriendelijk om contact met Bongo/Cadeaubox op te nemen en je bon om te ruilen naar een andere belevenis.

*Balloon flights are weather dependent and especially wind dependent. Filva Ballooning aims to offer only quality and safe balloon rides. The final departure location in a given flight region is therefore only determined on the day of the flight itself, depending on the wind direction. So you can no longer choose to leave at a particular location.
Possible take-off locations for the region Waasland are Waasmunster, Wachtebeke, Stekene, Sint-Niklaas, Kieldrecht. The final departure location is always determined in function of the wind and flight direction.
Possible take-off locations are a.o. Beervelde, Lochristi, Mariakerke, Gentbrugge or De Pinte. The final departure location is always determined in function of the wind and flight direction.
Possible take-off locations for the region Antwerp are Brecht, Brasschaat, Linkeroever, Bosuil, Herentals or Hoogstraten. The final departure location is always determined in function of the wind and flight direction.
